You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hf555 may, at any time, require you to complete identity and age verification (KYC) procedures. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time of being requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting hf555 support. Upon closure, any pending bets or wagers will be settled according to applicable game rules. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited on Account closure. Real-money balances above any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in each individual offer. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on games excluded from wagering contributions will not count towards fulfilment of the Wagering Requirement.
hf555 employs active monitoring for promotion abuse. Activity that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intent, or coordinating with other users for that purpose — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, Account suspension and may result in permanent Account closure.
Unless a promotion explicitly permits it, only one bonus offer may be active on an Account at any one time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
hf555 reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet or wager at its absolute discretion. Bets are accepted only subject to sufficient Account Balance, applicable limits and the availability of the relevant market or game. Bets placed after market closure — including live-betting markets that have closed — will be voided and stakes returned.
In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, prices, game outcomes or other Platform content — including technical errors resulting in incorrectly displayed odds — hf555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' Accounts. Winnings paid in error may be reclaimed by hf555, including by deduction from the Account Balance.
